The Central Metric
What is Athlete Score™?
Your daily 0–100 performance metric. Know exactly where you are and what to improve.
The 4 Pillars
One number. Four dimensions. A complete picture of your daily performance.
Recovery
0–25 ptsSleep quality, stress adaptation, HRV proxy
Are you ready to perform? Recovery tracks whether your nervous system, sleep depth, and stress response are primed for adaptation — or asking for rest.
Body
0–25 ptsNutrition, hydration, movement
Are you fueling your machine? Body tracks protein consistency, daily movement, and hydration — the basics that underpin everything else.
Performance
0–25 ptsTraining quality, strength, consistency
Are you moving forward? Performance tracks whether your sessions are translating into real physical progress — not just effort, but output.
Mindset
0–25 ptsFocus, mental energy, emotional regulation
Is your mind in the game? Mindset tracks whether you're showing up with intention — or just going through the motions.
Score Tiers
Where do you land today? Each tier tells you what your current state means — and what to do about it.
Exhausted Performer
Your systems are depleted. Recovery and rest are the priority — not more training.
Weekend Warrior
You're active but inconsistent. Energy is variable and you're not yet building momentum.
Consistent Builder
You're showing up regularly. The foundation is there — now compound it.
High Performer
Strong across the board. You're in the zone where real, lasting progress happens.
The Athlete
Peak state. All four pillars are firing. Maintain and push the limits.
How to Improve Your Score
Check In Daily
A 60-second daily check-in keeps your score current. The more data the system has, the more accurate your mission targeting becomes.
Follow Your Daily Missions
Each mission is selected to move your lowest pillar. Do the 3–4 actions assigned today and your score will reflect it tomorrow.
Track Your Trend
A single score is a snapshot. Your trend over 7–14 days shows what's actually improving. That's where the insight lives.
Frequently Asked Questions
What affects my score?
Your Athlete Score™ is made up of four pillars — Recovery, Body, Performance, and Mindset — each worth up to 25 points. Within each pillar, specific inputs (sleep quality, protein intake, training consistency, daily focus) determine your sub-score. The total gives you a 0–100 picture of where you are right now.
How often does it update?
Your score updates every time you complete your daily check-in. Most members check in once per morning — it takes under 2 minutes and immediately reflects your current state. The trend view shows how your score moves over days and weeks.
What's a good score?
Anything above 65 is solid. The goal isn't to chase 100 every day — it's to stay in the 65–85 range consistently, understand what pulls your score down, and use that information to get better every week. Most men start between 35–55 and build from there.
